<p>Knowing something is at the intersection of belief and truth, but it&#8217;s not always obvious if what you think you know, and you believe to be true is actually what you should be doing.</p>
<p>This one is a bit confusing and I think Brad and I actually are slightly dumber after having recorded this podcast.</p>
<p>When it comes to changing your body there are some immutable laws.</p>
<p>1. If you&#8217;re not happy with the way your body currently looks you&#8217;ve got to DO something different</p>
<p>2. What you logically know about weight loss might not always be what you&#8217;re doing about it</p>
<p>3. Logical and emotions can be at odds and holding you back from your goals</p>
<p>4. Once you believe in the truth about weight loss then you can turn this knowledge into action</p>
