		<description>I found the bench press to be the most difficult of the 3 powerlifts during my first meet. There was so much to keep track of during the lift...in addition to the whole there&#039;s a big ass weight coming down onto you thing.

My meet numbers have always been less than my gym numbers. You were right on about how much better it is training. You lift when you&#039;re ready to lift. You can do your thing. There isn&#039;t the pressure of the meet. It just plays out differently.</description>
