John Barban

John speaks and writes about nutrition, exercise physiology and lifestyle habits that can help shape your body into it’s best form. He is the author of the trademarked workout system for men called The Adonis Index Workout. John holds a Masters degree in Human Biology and Nutrition (University of Guelph) and has taught exercise physiology at the University of Florida.

John’s professional background includes over 7 years researching and developing sports supplements with some of the largest supplement companies in north america to multiple start ups. He has 3 years experience as a varsity strength and conditioning coach and has held certifications from the American Council on Exercise (Personal Trainer), The National Strength and Conditioning Association (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist), Canadian Society of Exercise Physiologists (Certified Fitness Consultant), and Ontario Kinesiology Association (Kinesiologist). His exercise training experience also includes extensive training with a world class level powerlifting team.
