What you know to be the right course of action in a given situation might not always be what you end up doing. In the case of weight loss you might very well know that you shouldn’t eat a second serving at dinner, but you might still do it.
Knowing something is at the intersection of belief and truth, but it’s not always obvious if what you think you know, and you believe to be true is actually what you should be doing.
This one is a bit confusing and I think Brad and I actually are slightly dumber after having recorded this podcast.
When it comes to changing your body there are some immutable laws.
1. If you’re not happy with the way your body currently looks you’ve got to DO something different
2. What you logically know about weight loss might not always be what you’re doing about it
3. Logical and emotions can be at odds and holding you back from your goals
4. Once you believe in the truth about weight loss then you can turn this knowledge into action
